Bonita Village, a 16 Acre Mixed Plan Development at the intersection of Bonita Beach Rd. and Luke St. in Bonita Springs, has changed ownership.

Bonita Development Company LLC purchased the property from Fifth Third Bank for $2,650,000. The development had been listed for $4,800,000.

The first two residential phases of 80 condominiums have been completed and sold. Existing amenities at Bonita Village include a clubhouse, fitness center, chickee bar and 4000 square foot swimming pool.

The sale includes land designated for up to 140 new residential units. In addition, Bonita Development acquires Community Development District permits to construct a 40 unit hotel and 60,000 square feet of retail space. The property has 850 feet of undeveloped frontage on Bonita Beach Rd.
