A parcel close to the intersection of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Rd. in Estero has been chosen by Neal Communities as the first of several sites in Southwest Florida to be developed by the Sarasota based company.

Neal Communities plans to break ground in October near the Southeast corner of Three Oaks and Corkscrew on a 110 home community of attached villas. The parcel is just North of the Shadow Wood community. The developer will be building homes from 1,550 to 2,800 square feet and plans call for pricing in the high $100,000s to the low $200,000s. The community will have a pool and recreation center.

Neal Communties also has plans to develop another parcel the company owns on the West side of Three Oaks Parkway and is in the process of negotiating to purchase a third parcel in Estero as well as acquiring two more in Naples. The company also has an interest in building in the Verandah community in Ft. Myers.

Neal Communities has built over 8000 homes, mostly in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. The family owned company has been in business for more then 30 years.
