Trio Naples Luxury CondosConstruction is scheduled to begin in October on a nine story luxury condominium, hotel and retail development at the intersection of Davis Blvd. and U.S. 41, about a half mile from 5th Ave. South and just outside the city limits of Naples.

The development, to be named Trio, will include 24 condominiums ranging in price from $850 thousand for a one-bedroom with a den to $2.69 million for a larger three-bedroom penthouse. There will be four residences on each floor with luxury finishes that will include marble in the bathrooms, white oak flooring and quartz countertops.  Sales have already started with a high level of interest and one of the penthouses is already under contract.

The street level will include five commercial spaces. One tenant, Yoga Loft, has already been signed.

The second floor will consist of twelve extended stay hotel rooms. Floors three through eight will house the 24 condominiums ranging from 1,600 to 2,600 square feet. The ninth floor has been set aside for a private “sky-club” rooftop lounge. Available only to members, the nautical-themed club, spanning 8,000 square feet, will include three mineral pools, poolside cabanas, water fountains and custom lighting. For residents, club membership will be mandatory, and it will be free for the first year. Hotel guests will pay a resort fee that will include use of the club. Pricing details are still being ironed out.

With nothing taller in front of Trio, which will face west, it will offer unobstructed views of Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, Gulfshore Boulevard and downtown Naples.

The projected is slated for completion by December 2017.
